A couple of years ago I tried out the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus and it was great for getting work done on the go, syncing to other Samsung gear, and serving as an extremely capable Android tablet. Season 8 of Game of Thrones wasn’t particularly kind to the character arcs of many of its central and supporting cast. Two of the figures that suffered the most were Jaime Lannister and Brienne of Tarth. Gartner is out with their first quarter 2011 mobile phone market survey. The results bode well for both Apple and Google as both tech giants grew their respective share of the smartphone market estimated at 100.8 million quarterly units, almost double the 54.5 million units shipped in the year-ago quarter.
