FX releases its fall 2019 schedule, featuring premiere dates for Mayans M.C., Mr. Inbetween, American Horror Story: 1984, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Even though TV is a year-round business now, with streaming services and premium channels and the like churning out new series at what feels like a relentless pace, the familiar anticipation for fall premieres has yet to completely vanish. Capitalizing on that is FX, which is set to come into the fall with some returning favorites, and a second season of one last year’s best new shows....

The FTC’s announcement seems to target AT&T’s practice of lowering data transfer speeds for customers with unlimited data plans versus customers with tiered data plans now offered. From the FTC’s press release: “AT&T promised its customers ‘unlimited’ data, and in many instances, it has failed to deliver on that promise,” said FTC Chairwoman Edith Ramirez....
