After some teasing footage Neill Blomkamp has now unveiled a full trailer from his filmmaking group Oats Studios. Wonder Woman 1984 star Gal Gadot says the upcoming film is not a sequel to the 2017 original. A change to the IRS website suggests that game currencies are not taxable, despite an earlier statement that they are – but tax experts say people should probably still declare them… The Verge reports on the odd situation. However, when Bloomberg specifically queried the position, Desmond refused to be drawn. On Wednesday, the IRS quietly changed a provision on its website that said transactions of virtual currency like Fortnite’s V-bucks were taxable and may have to be reported on tax returns, as reported by CNN....

The latest lawsuit to be filed against Apple in the battery throttling controversy looks to be the most serious to date. A French environmental group has hit Apple with litigation over alleged planned obsolescence. If found guilty, Apple executives could actually face jail time in addition to millions in fines. Last week we saw the first two lawsuits emerge over the battery slowdown issue in the US. Now, the litigation against Apple has expanded to Europe....

According to writer/director Tom McLoughlin, Jason Voorhees was originally supposed to make use of an uzi submachine gun in Friday the 13th Part 6. As any horror fan knows, the killer in the original Friday the 13th film was Pamela Voorhees, Jason’s mom.
