HBO has confirmed that a Game of Thrones reunion special is happening and it’ll be included on the complete series DVD and Blu-ray set. The fantasy hit series has yet to air its final season but the six-episode conclusion has been filmed already. It’ll air on HBO starting in April 2019. The final season, which will reportedly have episodes longer than an hour, will wrap up the eight-season saga as the forces of men led by Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen finally face off against the undead White Walkers....

When it comes to continuity, Friends is among the worst shows to go for. The series kept taking liberties with established ground, and stories from seasons before didn’t align from the ones in the future, with no explanations given as to why that was. After ten seasons on-air, there were still some storylines that were left unresolved, and these were abandoned with such nonchalance, that we think the show intended for the viewers to forget these stories were ever in place....

Despite mixed reviews from fans and critics over Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, and Suicide Squad, hopes are high that next year’s Wonder Woman will be the resounding crowd pleaser the DCEU has been waiting for. Despite her nimble frame, Gadot cast a superhero-sized shadow in her debut this year, walking away as one of the least divisive aspects of Batman v Superman. Wonder Woman may not have been necessary to the plot, but with a perfect costume, a perfect score, and perfect poise, when the dust cleared there were few complaints that Gadot was Wonder Woman....

In a series based on the premise of endless war and battles for power like HBO’s Game of Thrones, shocking betrayals are pretty much a guarantee. Whether the betrayals occur on the battlefield, in the heat of conflict, or in the privacy of a bedroom, these shocking turns of events lead to some of the series’ most emotionally compelling and attention-grabbing stories. Certain betrayals seem almost completely telegraphed from the very beginning, and therefore don’t come as much of a surprise to even the most casual viewer....

It was without a doubt the most controversial moment of Game of Thrones season 5, and possibly of the entire series: When the character of Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) was raped by her new husband, Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) at the conclusion of the season’s sixth episode. While some Game of Thrones fans defended the scene as necessary to convey the evil of Ramsey, and to ultimately set up (satisfying) revenge for Sansa, others felt it was unnecessary development in the storyline of a beloved character - one they had watched grow from childhood over the course of many seasons....
