Eligible tires include:
Tires from general tires bearing the name General tires and have an identification number.
Vehicles that are personally used. Therefore, tires used commercially, such as taxicabs, emergency vehicles, police vehicles, or other public use, are not eligible for this warranty. The only exception for such public use is within the 45 days of testing customer satisfaction.
Vehicles registered for the limited warranty and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

To return a tire, you will need the original receipt of purchase. You need to return the tire to an authorized dealer where you purchased the tire or any authorized General brand tire dealer. State the reason for your dissatisfaction followed by a replacement form of another General tire.
Mileage Warranty
The General tire’s website, www.generaltire.com, states the terms and conditions to obtain a mileage warranty. It indicates the distance warranted against wear out though the distance is contingent on the driving habits and the road conditions.
General tires warrant the tires if they wear out before the mileage is stated.
