As our time in the Seven Kingdoms winds to a close, one fan theory has nailed what could be a perfect ending for Game of Thrones season 8, spoilers and all.

Since premiering back in 2010, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss’ fantasy epic has gone from strength to strength. After adapting George R.R. Martin’s long-running A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the Game of Thrones showrunners have given us seven sword-swinging seasons of battles and bastards. With an all-star cast including Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Peter Dinklage, Charles Dance, and Dame Diana Rigg (to name but a few), Thrones has continued to break records and keep viewers hooked week in, week out. However, as we approach the end when season 8 premieres in 2019, fans are desperate to know just how it will all wrap up. Well, it looks like one super fan has their own ambitious plans to wave of Westeros in style.

With HBO’s show having now overtaken Martin’s books, it seems that the only people who really know how Game of Thrones will end are the author himself, the showrunners, and some select members of the series’ cast. However, that hasn’t stopped viewers from speculating about how the brawling battle between the living and the dead will end, and who will be left sitting on the Iron Thrones. Reddit user “thetripleb” has a detailed breakdown of how they think the War of the Five Kings will come to finish and whether anyone will be left alive.

Notably, thetripleb predicts Cersei Lannister will suffer an early demise. Jaime will take the family army to join the Northern forces, leaving his treacherous sister relatively unarmed. The Night King and his ice dragon Viserion turn Cersei into his own Night Queen and lay a trap for Euron Greyjoy and the returning Gold Company. Jaime will fulfill the prophecy of being the Valonqar and kill his own sister, while also surviving to become the 1000th Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch. Tyrion abdicates as Daenerys’ Hand of the Queen and settles at Casterly Rock - turning it into a vineyard to supply the Seven Kingdoms. Jon and Dany will be expecting a baby (which may be twins), but fitting the promise of a bittersweet ending, she will die in childbirth and leave Jon losing another love of his life. As a final clincher, all three dragons will perish in battle, teasing one final shot showing that one of them laid eggs before their demise. How’s that for an ending?

There are other happy endings for The Hound, Gendry, and Bronn, but there are some major holes in the story. What happens to Sansa and Arya? Will Brienne of Tarth ever hook up with Jaime? Will Bran Stark really become the Three-Eyed Raven? We appreciate that thetripleb couldn’t cover everything, but audiences will be demanding answers considering that there will be no more Game of Thrones after 2019. Of course, we need to remember that it is all just the thoughts of one person, and even if some of it comes true, it is only a guess at what will happen next.

In the past, whole seasons of Game of Thrones have been spoiled by leaks, but HBO is more vigilant than ever ahead of the show’s final run. There are only six episodes left of the fantasy frolic, and even the cast themselves are being watched like a hawk from the big bosses. Ultimately, no one will know how Game of Thrones will reach its conclusion, and even all the various filming spoilers can only give a hint of what is to come. That being said, you have to admit that thetripleb’s theory sounds like a pretty epic way to end one of the 21st Century’s best TV events.
